These European aluminum clad wood windows even have discretely covered water drainage channels built right into the wood frames to dispose of moisture that may enter near wall connections.

- Exclusive for Gaulhofer: the vapor stop. The glass profile sealed with permanent elastic silicon prevents the penetration of damp room air into the glass rebate. Moisture build-up of the construction that would result in damage to the wood finish can therefore be avoided.
